“YOUTH FORUM” is established in 2010 by a dedicated group of businessman and some type of activists led by Chairman of Phoenix Infra Estate International Mr. Jitesh Nashine.
Though India boasts of a high economic growth, it is shameful that there is still large scale poverty in India. Poverty in India can be defined as a situation when a certain section of people are unable to fulfill their basic needs. India has the world's largest number of poor people living in a single country. Out of its total population of more than 1 billion, 350 to 400 million people are living below the poverty line.
Vision of the forum is eradication of social evils from society. The Foundation has been at the forefront of the Non Governmental efforts towards a right based. Social development stabilisation in India should not and cannot remain the sole concern of the Government, it ought to be supported and supplemented by private voluntary enterprises. In this regard, the “YOUTH FORUM” has always worked in close co-operation and co-ordination with official agencies and programmes, both at the Center and in the States. In its independent role, it has tried to guide and serve as a catalytic agent to promote programmes at different levels directed towards the ultimate goal of eradication of social evils.
